It's just me. And a drum machine or a keyboard for rhythms. Not very good equipment, no pristine sounds here, so you better like it a bit rough.... Hardly anything is rehearsed, sometimes lyrics completely improvised.

Story behind the song
On 11 May 2018 Ireland's first cricket test was due to commence, although due to the Irish weather there was no play until the 12th. Guerilla Cricket won the exclusive global radio broadcast rights. Jingle writers prepared additional material, much of which there was no room for it when it came to the dynamics of a live broadcast from a ground and a large roster of special guests.
Lyrics
An Irish Batsman Foresees his Dismissal (apologies to Yeats) I know that I shall meet my fate Somewhere among the next few balls Those that I face I do not hate Those I play for I am not of My county side's in England My countrymen on foreign shore No likely win if lose the toss At least let's set a decent score Nor law, not duty bade me play Nor cheering crowds nor cricket boards A desperate need to earn some pay Drove me to represent at Lords I balanced all, brought all to mind The years to qualify seemed waste of breath A waste of breath, then snick behind Slow finger raise, a lingering death.
